There’s a problem with my order, what can I do?
Issues relating to damages, incorrect sizing, or lost orders can be sent to thewhyfiles@solesavy.com. Due to the nature of this release, we may not be able to offer a replacement. All orders are Final Sale. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
Are duties added to my order?
Canadian customers may be responsible for cross-border duties calculated by the Canada Border Service Agency.

How do I clean my Hecklekicks?
The Hecklekicks are made of premium and durable materials that are easily cleaned with a trusted shoe cleaner or water and a soft towel. Do not put the shoes in the washer or dryer or use any dyes, polishes or abrasive cleaners.
Will the shoes be available beyond the preorder window?
